Everyone learns at a different pace, so there's no fixed number. On average, most learners need around 40–50 hours of professional tuition combined with private practice. We'll give you an honest assessment of your progress and only recommend booking your test when you're genuinely ready.

Our prices are competitive and transparent — you can find the latest rates on our booking page. We offer single lessons, block booking discounts, and introductory offers for new learners. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Absolutely. Most of our pupils use the same car they've been learning in for their test. It's fully insured, dual-controlled, and you'll already be comfortable with it. We'll drive you to the test centre and be there when you finish.

We cover Wheatley and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch and we'll let you know. We're happy to pick you up from home, work, or school.

Of course. Many of our learners start out feeling anxious, and that's completely normal. We're patient, calm, and experienced at helping nervous drivers build confidence at their own pace. There's no pressure and no shouting — just supportive, structured lessons.

You book both tests directly through the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) website at gov.uk. You must pass your theory test before you can book your practical. We're happy to guide you through the process and recommend the best time to book based on your progress.

Yes, we offer both automatic and manual lessons. An automatic licence only lets you drive automatics, while a manual licence covers both. We can help you decide which is right for you based on your needs and goals.

Just your provisional driving licence and a pair of comfortable, flat-soled shoes. We provide everything else. It's a good idea to wear comfortable clothing too — you'll be sitting for a while and need to move freely.

Yes, we just ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the slot to another learner. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

While our focus is on practical driving tuition, we're always happy to offer advice and recommend resources for your theory test preparation. We'll also cover hazard perception awareness during your lessons, which directly helps with the theory test.
